ANXO Cidery has been pushing out clean and creative ciders for a couple of years up in Washington DC. We're excited to finally be able to add them to our tap lines here in Raleigh!
- ANXO Cidre Blanc : The first cider release from their Kennedy St. location, Cidre Blanc is 100% Goldrush apples fermented with Sauvignon Blanc wine yeast. The refreshingly bright acidity succumbs to juicy stonefruit with hints of lemon. Subtle tannin
reminiscent of crisp apple skin balances the acidity.
- ANXO District Dry : A blend of Mid-Atlantic heirloom apples including Rhode Island Greening, Winesap, Goldrush, Virginia Golden and other summer varietals, District Dry has a crisp acidity with subtle balancing tan- nins and a refreshing apple-for- ward fruitiness on the palate.
- ANXO Rose : Bright, dry and tart, this rosé is an apples-only blend. Our 100% Red-fleshed apple cider “Rojo” is blended with our flagship “Cidre Blanc” to create an acid-forward pink cider like nothing else put in a can.
There will also be lots of cans available for purchase for you to take home!
